Position Overview: - We are seeking a very smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Shop Floor Supervisor to oversee daily in-store operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive compliance with pharmacy standards. - This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise shop floor staff to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service - Monitor product display, stock availability, expiry dates, and housekeeping standards - Enforce SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times - Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary - Support inventory control, sales performance, and daily reporting Requirements: - Proven experience supervising a retail or pharmacy shop floor - Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
