About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Officer to manage and coordinate shipping, delivery, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely movement of goods, proper documentation, and effective coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping, delivery, and logistics operations to ensure timely movement of goods
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents, waybills, invoices, and delivery notes
• Liaise with transporters, couriers, freight agents, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics processes
• Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status to management and clients
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in shipping, logistics, or a related role
• Good understanding of shipping processes, delivery coordination, and logistics documentation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
