## Title: Shift Supervisor – Production Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage production lines during assigned shifts. In this role, you will ensure efficient operations, maintain quality control standards, and uphold environmental and safety compliance. You will supervise line staff, maintain equipment, and implement comprehensive safety and environmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Line Operations

Manage production lines to meet quality and production targets
Supervise and train line staff to achieve production goals
Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste and reduce costs

Environmental Management

Implement and maintain environmental management systems (EMS) and procedures on the production line
Monitor and reduce waste, emissions, and energy consumption
Conduct regular environmental inspections and audits
Respond to and investigate environmental incidents

Safety

Ensure a safe working environment on the production line
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections
Investigate and address safety incidents

Maintenance

Monitor maintenance of production line equipment
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with the maintenance team
Ensure timely repair and replacement of equipment

Quality Assurance

Ensure quality control measures are in place and effective
Monitor and address quality issues on the line

Communication

Communicate with other shifts, management, and departments
Provide shift reports and performance updates

Key Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Engr.), or Higher National Diploma (HND)
Minimum 7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Dynamic, results-driven approach with strong goal-setting abilities
