Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Shift Manager.

Location

Lugbe, Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff by delegating tasks, assigning roles, monitoring performance, training, and motivating team members
• Ensure high-quality customer service, handle complaints, and resolve guest issues effectively
• Oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, manage reservations, and handle opening/closing procedures
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, place orders, ensure food quality, and maintain health and safety standards
• Prepare shift reports, manage cash handling, and reconcile registers

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership ability with proven capacity to motivate, delegate, and build a strong team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers
• Quick and effective problem-solving abilities
• Prior supervisory experience in food service or hospitality
• Understanding of food safety regulations, company policies, and basic computer skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed
