Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift In-Charge / Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate production operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure that machines, manpower, and materials are efficiently utilized to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Receive production orders from the sales department and update order status regularly
• Plan and schedule jobs on machines according to sales orders and customer priorities
• Assign and manage workforce to meet daily production requirements
• Monitor and maintain machine parameters to ensure consistent output and minimal downtime
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Maintain accurate production and performance records
• Ensure production of high-quality finished goods in line with company standards
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments (Sales, Maintenance, QA, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations
• Drive production efficiency and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering or related fields
• 3 – 5 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing, FMCG, or flexible packaging company
• Strong understanding of production planning, machinery operation, and preventive maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
