Role Summary

The Service Delivery Officer will be responsible for managing and tracking service enquiries from prospective clients, partners, and dealers. This role requires a high level of organizational skill, timely reporting, and effective communication to guarantee service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all service-related enquiries, including survey and installation requests from prospective customers
• Coordinate service requests from partners, dealers, and sales executives
• Accurately complete, update, and send service delivery reports to relevant stakeholders
• Ensure proper handover of activated clients
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee prompt and efficient service delivery

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in service operations or delivery roles
• Strong understanding of how operational decisions impact broader organizational goals
• Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
