## Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Service Delivery Coordinator to provide essential support to our field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, maintaining schedules, providing feedback, documentation, and critical information. Your goal will be to facilitate the team's activities to maximize their performance and contribute to the solid, long-lasting development of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy and availability of sales-related equipment and materials
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested
  • Store, sort, and manage financial and non-financial data in electronic form and prepare reports
  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in a timely manner
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or BA Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Certification in sales or marketing (an asset)
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator or in administrative positions
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized and responsible with strong problem-solving aptitude
