About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Service Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our serviced apartments in Osogbo. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily running and operations of the serviced apartments
• Supervise staff and ensure an excellent guest experience
• Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are consistently met
• Maintain detailed records of expenses, occupancy rates, and supplies

Required Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality, facility management, or a related field
• Proven experience in hospitality, facility management, or a similar role
• Robust clientele base and demonstrated ability to drive occupancy
• Strong digital marketing skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Based in or willing to relocate to Osogbo
