SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist at Mactavis Technologies Ltd

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online visibility, improve search performance, and support the execution of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, digital campaigns, and content optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Implement on-page SEO updates, including metadata, internal linking, and website optimization
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and digital PR support
• Work with the team to refine content strategy, optimize new and existing articles, and ensure SEO alignment
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
• Plan and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO and campaign performance, recommending actions for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of content optimization and technical SEO basics
• Experience managing digital campaigns (paid or organic)
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
