Role Description

As a Senior SME Loan Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises through responsible lending. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and approving loan applications
• Managing loan origination processes
• Underwriting loans according to regulatory standards
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Fostering strong and sustainable client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proven expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and financial analysis
• Professional experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role
• Strong understanding of SME lending practices and financial solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed lending targets

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a microfinance or banking environment
