We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Site Engineer to provide expert oversight and leadership for our most prestigious projects. This is a pivotal leadership role for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with proven project management skills to deliver exceptional results.

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be the primary technical authority on our construction sites. You will take full ownership of translating complex designs into reality, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are not only met but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Provide expert interpretation and execution of all project designs, specifications, and engineering drawings, serving as the final line of defense against errors and inconsistencies
• Develop and enforce rigorous quality control protocols, leveraging extensive experience to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before they arise
• Lead collaborations with external consultants (structural, quality control) to ensure seamless integration and adherence to all technical standards

Site & Team Management

• Assume full responsibility for directing all on-site activities, including skilled trades, contractors, and laborers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, promoting continuous learning and professional development within the team
• Serve as the central point of communication for all site-related matters, effectively liaising between field operations and senior project management

Project & Resource Optimization

• Exercise significant authority over the project schedule and budget, implementing strategic measures to optimize resources
