## Title: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

We are a fast-growing fintech and POS/terminal solutions company building next-generation digital payment platforms.
The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Scrum Master to guide multiple cross-functional squads from software engineering and UI/UX to compliance, marketing, and investor relations. You will ensure that every initiative is delivered on time, on budget, and at world-class quality.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple product teams (Fintech App, POS/Terminal, Internal Tools, etc.)
- Mentor Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders on agile best practices and servant leadership
Delivery Management
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain transparent progress tracking
- Partner with engineering leads to balance scope, capacity, and deadlines while protecting team focus
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Compliance, Marketing, and Growth teams to keep regulatory requirements and go-to-market timelines aligned
- Foster communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including investors and external vendors
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, cycle time) and recommend process optimizations
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and high performance
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager in fintech, edtech, payments, or other high-scale SaaS/technology environments
- Proven track record leading multiple squads (5–15 people each) in a fast-growth startup or enterprise setting
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe/LeSS frameworks
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills
- Familiarity with fintech regulations and payment industry standards
