Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives

Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and services
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry

Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
