## Title: Senior Sales Executive - Premium Real Estate
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is designed for professionals with a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly within the premium property segment.
The successful candidate will drive the sales of our build-to-sell properties, engaging high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium real estate products, particularly build-to-sell projects
- Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into successful property sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, investors, and partners
- Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to close deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
- Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategies for premium products
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
- Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- Professional certifications in real estate sales (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated success in selling premium properties or high-value real estate projects
- Strong network of high-net-worth clients and corporate investors
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of the Lagos and broader Nigerian property market
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: ₦200,000 per month
- 3% commission tied to sales
