A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Senior Sales Coordinator position. This role encompasses prospecting, client relationship management, administrative duties, and market collaboration to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Utilize lead generation tools to expand the client pipeline

Product and Service Demonstrations

  • Present products or services to clients
  • Explain features and benefits to prospective customers

Negotiation and Deal Closing

  • Negotiate terms of agreement with clients
  • Close deals to achieve sales targets

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Set sales goals and monitor progress to drive revenue growth

Client and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify upselling opportunities
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues
  • Ensure ongoing client support and satisfaction

Administrative and Reporting Duties

  • Track key sales metrics and analyse performance
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for management
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in a CRM system
  • Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients

Market Research and Team Collaboration

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities
  • Understand competitor activities and market positioning
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering or Marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
