## Title: Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Relationship & Wealth Manager to join our team and drive high-value client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients, while providing expert financial advisory services and wealth management solutions.

This role requires a dynamic professional with deep market knowledge, strong networks, and a proven ability to drive asset growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value clients (HNWIs and corporates)
  • Identify client financial needs and deliver tailored wealth management solutions
  • Mobilize deposits, manage investment portfolios, and promote asset growth
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and value delivery
  • Cross-sell financial products and services to maximize client wallet share
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide advisory on investment, savings, and credit solutions
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide client strategies
  • Achieve set targets on deposits, revenue, and profitability
  • Represent the institution in networking events, forums, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
  • MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, or CIS (advantageous)
  • 4+ years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking within financial services
  • Proven record of achieving deposit mobilization and wealth management targets
  • Strong network of HNWIs, corporates, and institutional clients
  • Excellent advisory, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Deep understanding of financial markets
