## Title: Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications across all project phases. The successful candidate will inspect materials, processes, and completed works, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

Reporting Line

Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections, and authorize the release of all completed jobs at the facility
  • Liaise with the tendering unit to ensure adequate input in all company tenders
  • Support customer tender verification visits and other site inspections
  • Supervise the use of all relevant forms in Machine Shop, CTR, Fishing, and Wireline operations
  • Verify third-party equipment before mobilization
  • Ensure technicians carry out services in accordance with original equipment manufacturer manuals and international standards
  • Control the use of all testing, measuring, monitoring, and detection equipment
  • Maintain the company's Quality Management System and report non-conformances to the QHSE Lead
  • Develop, review, implement, and maintain QMS documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1, API Spec 5B, and API Spec 7-2
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits with timely follow-up and closeout
  • Ensure professional documentation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and timely closure
  • Liaise with customer representatives to ensure requirements are met
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards at the facility
  • Audit work performed under "Safe Work Permit" conditions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the QHSE Lead

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Management, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Quality Assurance and Quality Control
