## Title: Senior Product/Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product/Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact products and projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance product vision with project execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Product Management Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder and user engagement
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Project Management Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital products or technology projects
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
