An established company is recruiting for the following position.
CluxMedia is expanding its growth and acquisition team, and we’re looking for a multi-channel Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who can confidently lead Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email Automation/CRM strategies for both local and international brands.
This role requires someone who is highly analytical, ROI-driven, and proficient across the full digital growth stack — from paid acquisition to retention. You will manage large budgets, execute complex funnels, and collaborate with our creative and product teams to deliver measurable business results.

Specialization Note
- While the role covers Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Email/CRM, you don’t need to be an expert in all three to apply.

- Plan, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize ₦5M+ monthly ad budgets.
- Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and funnel strategy planning.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing experiences.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems (Pixel, CAPI, Tag Manager, GA4).
- Generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Build automated campaigns: welcome flows, nurture sequences, re-engagement, retention.
- Build and manage large email lists and optimize for deliverability, conversions, and revenue.
- Write, design, and test high-performing email templates (A/B testing).
- Track and report weekly open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution.
- Integrate email systems with CRM and lead management platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative synergy.
- 4–7 years proven experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Email Marketing/CRM.
- Hands-on experience managing ₦5M+ monthly ad budgets.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Proficiency in CRM/Email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and create performance-driven funnels.
