About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, including Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns
• Oversee Trade Marketing, social media, and E-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop, present, and implement Brand Plans with demonstrable proof of successful brand strategy execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (post-graduate degree or professional certifications such as CIM/AMA will be an advantage)
• Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management position within FMCG or related industries
• Strong background in Trade Marketing, Social Media management, E-commerce, and Product Development
• Experience in consumer research and applying insights to drive brand and business growth
