Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization in a Senior Manager role. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations across all restaurant outlets
• Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency across locations
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, marketing initiatives, and customer satisfaction
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of outlet managers and key staff
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, labor costs, and food costs to ensure financial goals are achieved
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all outlets
• Collaborate with executive management to plan business expansion, new outlet openings, and operational improvements
• Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance the brand experience
• Manage supplier relationships, inventory control, and procurement efficiency
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Previous top management positions in reputable Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands
• Extensive experience with recognized QSR brands
• Proven track record in setting up and managing successful eateries
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proven experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent role
