Requirements

• Ph.D. in Software Engineering or appropriate discipline
• Minimum five (5) years of university teaching and research experience
• Strong publication record with a minimum of twelve (12) peer-reviewed scholarly works, of which at least five (5) must be from foreign indexed journals
• Evidence of postgraduate supervision experience
• Demonstrated administrative contribution
• Minimum two (2) years of service at Lecturer I level (where applicable)
• Proven impact in teaching, research, and community engagement
