Requirements

• Ph.D. Degree in the appropriate discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years of university teaching and research experience
• Strong publication record including:
  • Minimum twelve (12) peer-reviewed scholarly works
  • At least five (5) publications from foreign indexed journals
• Evidence of postgraduate supervision
• Evidence of administrative contribution
• Minimum two (2) years of service at Lecturer I level (where applicable)
• Demonstrated impact in teaching, research, and community engagement
