Senior Interior Architect

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior projects. - Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent. - Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution. - Understand client needs, preferences, and budget requirements. - Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust. - Collaborate withproject managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly. - Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support. - Ensure all design work aligns with Five28’s creative vision and brand standards. - Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies. - Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance Five28’s design approach and offerings. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
