## Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting strategic sales plans, and presenting these to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new sales opportunities and identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by strategically managing available resources
  • Design and implement strategic business and sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering effectively
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to management
  • Monitor new products and competitive status within the industry
  • Manage the complete sales process from plan to close
  • Handle order processing with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage customer portfolio to maximize relationship-building opportunities
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials
  • Maintain and present financial and non-financial data in electronic form

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or MSc degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Certification in sales or marketing (an asset)
  • Proven previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
