## Title: Senior Deputy Manager, Asset Integrity and Reliability (Expatriate)
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for this senior management position focused on asset integrity and reliability operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional projects
- Develop project schedules in conjunction with the Divisional Head; plan, direct, and assign duties for operations personnel; schedule and authorize work as necessary to meet project deadlines
- Recruit, hire, and train operations employees on operational functions; conduct safety orientations and meetings; ensure established policies and procedures are followed
- Troubleshoot project problems; ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained for efficient operations; report any process or equipment issues to the Rope Access Manager/Technical Authority
- Oversee communication and liaison with IRATA, including completion of quarterly returns
- Review and approve operational instructions to ensure adequate operational deliverables
- Conduct yearly performance evaluations for all divisional staff and provide necessary training to improve competence and efficiency
- Ensure all divisional activities are carried out in accordance with relevant standards and company procedures
- Monitor and maintain equipment and instruments handling and calibration status, including intermediate checks for suitability to use
- Review certificates prior to issue as per relevant standards where applicable
Required Qualifications
- University degree or HND in a science discipline
- At least 10+ years of related experience
- Project leadership experience in fabrication/maintenance
- Inspection, engineering, and construction (E&P) experience
- Full competency and strong working knowledge of project management work cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification
