## Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Financial Services & Insurance

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth and market expansion within the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual sales strategy and business plan to drive business growth and achievement of set goals, including increasing sales, market share, and profitability; cascade to quarterly and monthly sales operations plans
  • Prospect for and identify new business opportunities in the BFSI space
  • Lead FSI market research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities; develop marketing plans and activities accordingly
  • Develop the sales and marketing division's budget in collaboration with finance
  • Lead the development and execution of product launches and related marketing initiatives in the BFSI space
  • Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers in the FSI segment
  • Drive and monitor the implementation of sales and marketing strategy; take necessary corrective actions to address deviations
  • Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company's ethical code of conduct
  • Source, manage relationships with, and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced marketing service providers

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in Marketing or any other relevant discipline
  • 7 to 10 years' experience in the ICT sector
  • Strong track record in selling to Banks, other FSIs, and related sectors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of selling IT solutions and/or infrastructure
