## Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company's growth.

Compensation

N600,000 Net Monthly + 1% commission on every sale

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector
  • Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures
  • Proactive approach with a high level of resilience and initiative
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
