## Title: Senior Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Senior Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a daily basis
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenues
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
  • Conduct proactive routine calls for customer surveys and feedback
  • Support client retention and win-back initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Sc) in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar role
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions aligned with customer needs
