Sellables Storage Officer at All Flavour Supreme Foods

Job Summary

All Flavour Supreme Foods is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sellables Storage Officer to manage the receiving, storage, and issuance of sellable products. In this role, you will ensure proper stock control, product quality, and compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and properly store all sellable products
• Ensure accurate stock records and updates on Odoo and stock management systems
• Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures for effective stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sellables store
• Prepare products for dispatch and issuance
• Conduct routine stock counts and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum OND/NCE qualification in any relevant discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping (FMCG preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and GMP
• Ability to use stock management software (Odoo experience is an advantage)
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
