Security Guard / Night Watchmen at PSC Solar Industries

About the Role

PSC Industries Limited, a solar electricity and renewable energy solutions manufacturer based in Nigeria, is seeking an experienced Security Guard/Night Watchman to join our team.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for maintaining security and safety at our offices during night hours, conducting regular patrols, and monitoring access to the premises.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly watch at offices from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM each day
• Perform walkaround inspections of the premises every hour, checking windows and entry points
• Monitor and control access to the compound, confronting and denying entry to unauthorized individuals between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Ensure all gates, main building doors, and windows are locked at the close of business each day
• Report all incidents, regardless of severity, to the Managing Director immediately

• Minimum qualification: None
• Experience level: Entry level
• Experience length: 0-1 year

Working Conditions

• Work hours: 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Monday morning
• Day off: 7:00 AM Monday to 6:00 PM Tuesday
• Option of free accommodation on premises or report at 6:00 PM each evening

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: NGN 75,000 - NGN 150,000
• Free catered lunches (if staying on compound during daytime)
• Housing allowance: NGN 100,000 yearly
