Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Security Analyst to join Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc's Security Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats and incidents, and protecting our systems, customer data, and digital banking platforms from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and detection of security threats and anomalies
• Incident response and containment
• Analysis and investigation of security events

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business with an information security specialization (preferred)

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
• Certified SOC Analyst (CSA)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• CompTIA CySA+
• PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or related field
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or the payment card industry is strongly preferred
