## Title: Secretary/Administrative Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Secretary/Administrative Officer to manage the administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact, ensuring efficient communication flow and providing essential support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and provide administrative support to management and staff
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and visas for management and staff
- Record and accurately transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them promptly to all relevant parties
- Handle clerical and documentation tasks
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing petty cash reports
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
