Role Summary
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented professional to support product development and delivery processes. This hybrid role combines analytical thinking, agile project management, and product ownership. The ideal candidate understands both business operations and technology, can translate requirements into actionable product stories, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience working in healthtech, e-commerce, digital platforms, logistics, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and product specifications
- Serve as Scrum Master for product teams, plan sprints, manage stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend product or process improvements
- Support QA testing and validation of product features before deployment
- Monitor product performance and feedback to inform iteration and optimization
- Maintain product documentation, sprint reports, and release notes
- Ensure that deliverables meet both business objectives and user experience standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or agile delivery roles
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
