About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general facility maintenance
• Supervise junior staff members
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the facility
• Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical skills in electrical and plumbing systems
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of facility maintenance practices
