About the Role

Joetian Limited, a reputable real estate development company in Abuja, is seeking experienced, proactive, and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executives to join our Sales & Marketing department. We are looking for confident, articulate professionals who are passionate about connecting clients to value-driven real estate opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous sales/marketing experience (real estate background is preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be based in Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage client relationships
• Promote company products and close sales
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Prepare timely reports

Compensation

N100,000 - N150,000 + Commissions
