Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, driven, and customer-focused Sales and Client Relations Officer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy meeting people, and can close deals with confidence, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales follow-up
• Schedule and conduct property inspections
• Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM systems
• Liaise with landlords, developers, and property owners
• Prepare offer letters, inspection forms, and other required documentation
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident speaking with high-net-worth clients
• Ability to work under pressure and follow a structured sales process
• Previous sales experience (real estate or high-ticket sales preferred)
• Good understanding of Abuja real estate (an added advantage)

Compensation

• Attractive commissions on closed deals
