A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - Achieve monthly sales and collections targets. - Establish and maintain good customer base. - Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc. - Organize activities relating to sales and marketing promotions that will help increase awareness and generate new business. - Drive the growth of the Bank's products through exceptional management of existing partnership relationships and signing up new customers. - Recruit, train and manage a team of efficient Sales Executives to help drive and achieve the business objectives. Requirements: /Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or sales. - A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior management role in a microfinance bank. - Comprehensive knowledge of microfinance banking products, marketing, and business development. - Highly motivated and passionate about sales with a genuine drive to succeed. - A good team player and collaborator across multiple business functions to achieve results. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
