## Title: Sales Support Officer
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Provide guidance on product features, pricing, and current promotions
- Handle customer complaints and service concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads and account status
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Sales Operations & Administration
- Support sales executives by arranging appointments and managing sales data
- Coordinate sales operations and administrative duties to allow the sales team to focus on selling
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of services or equipment
- Assist with sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Maintain organized and accessible sales data and customer account files
- Compile reports on sales performance, customer trends, and sales activities
- Update and maintain sales systems and software
- Collaborate with account managers on sales strategies and provide feedback on sales processes
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with other departments such as logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years of Sales Support experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
- Good understanding of Pay-TV products and services
- Positive attitude and drive to succeed
