## Title: Sales Supervisor – Power Products Division

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth within Honda Motor Company Limited's Power Products Division. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting sales operations to satisfy business targets and KPIs.

Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal point of contact for Power Product sales and Agricultural equipment, providing operational support to various customers
  • Provide Power Product knowledge and advice to dealers
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
  • Seek new clients and establish relationships with new channel partners
  • Travel and visit potential clients within Nigeria
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or any other related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Completion of NYSC – Discharge or Exemption Certificate

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficiency in using ERP management systems (SAGE experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Power Products, Agricultural tools, and Generators
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to any part of Nigeria
