## Title: Sales Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Sales Supervisor at Supersaver Supermarket in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily supermarket operations
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
  • Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
  • Ensure health and safety and food safety standards are met

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc)
  • Previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Basic IT skills (e.g., POS systems, stock software)
