## Title: Sales Supervisor

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor will manage Van Sales and Van Delivery teams, ensure effective route execution, drive sales performance, and support daily distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Van Sales & Delivery Representatives
  • Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide feedback
  • Train teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
  • Coordinate inventory, routes, and promotions with Sales Manager
  • Report competitor activities and market trends

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
  • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: ₦120,000
  • Incentives: ₦200,000
  • Conveyance: ₦60,000
