A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary The Sales specialist primary function is driving new and upsell sales to foster revenue growth. The selected candidate will also be responsible for building relationships (client acquisition) and gaining new market share in their given sector and territory. Job Responsibilites - Drive sales to meet set target and identify new business opportunities for revenue growth. - Manage relationships for assigned accounts and upsell to grow the company’s sales/revenues. - Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business issues) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline/ sales account planning. - Proper analytics, reporting of sales forecast and key account metrics. - Clearly communicate progress on sales initiatives to internal stakeholders. - Ensure customer data and pipeline is updated daily. - Keep up to date with the market and provide advisory to the business as required - Other Tasks Assigned Required Skills • CRM and MS Office proficiency • Market insight and research skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Check how your CV aligns with this job
