Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven individuals to join our sales team at our Iwo Road location in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain conversant knowledge of product features, uses, and benefits including phone accessories, electrical products, home appliances, electronics, mobile phones, and solar products
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
• Handle customer returns, price changes, and discounts
• Contribute to meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas for Ibadan branches
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Assist team members with transactions when necessary
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
• Regularly reach out to potential customers

Required Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE in a relevant and related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and store keeping/warehouse operations
• Proven experience with mobile phones, accessories, solar technology, and electronics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong product knowledge
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach
• Good organizational and time management skills
