## Title: Sales Representative – Foods and Beverages

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking talented sales professionals to drive growth and excellence in customer service within the food and beverages sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to ensure profit maximization, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain product availability and visibility across trade channels by enforcing healthy stock levels in distributor warehouses, retail stores, HORECA outlets, and Key Accounts according to company standards
  • Monitor pricing structures against market reality and competitor offerings while driving new product development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share by monitoring market trends and developments, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports according to sales director and company standards
  • Provide field supervision through visits, observations, and performance measurement including appraisals and salary reviews
  • Develop competencies and processes to create an effective and efficient sales force
  • Create and implement direct and indirect sales strategies to achieve neighborhood sales targets and overall sales goals
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to address business issues and opportunities
  • Communicate company Food Safety policies and requirements to customers and end-users
  • Ensure outlets comply with food safety requirements, product storage standards, and vehicle/logistics conditions
  • Conduct and analyze customer feedback surveys annually
  • Execute product recall and withdrawal procedures when necessary

Requirements

  • First degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 1 year in Table Water sales
  • Strong numeracy skills and familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • High level of integrity and enthusiasm
