Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Akure team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the solar or technical services industry.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor,and a results-driven approach to generate and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote our solar solutions to individuals, corporate clients, and institutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Track sales performance and report to management
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend meetings, training, and industry events as required
Requirements
- HND or BSc in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the solar or technical services industry
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Confident, professional, and smart in appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven with a strong commitment to achieving results.
