## Title: Sales Representative - Ogun State
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Stellar Group as a Sales Representative. This position is based in the Ogun State region, covering Abeokuta, Shagamu, and Ijebu Ode.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer and Lead Management: Identify and contact potential customers through online channels. Nurture leads through the sales funnel and manage customer interactions in a CRM system. Conduct online product presentations and consultations to close deals.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Sell products and services to achieve sales objectives. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. Develop sales strategies and provide sales forecasts.
- Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain profitable customer relationships.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update customer databases with contact details and interest information. Generate and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
- NCE or OND qualification
- 3 - 5 years of work experience
