Role Description
This is a remote internship role supporting the sales team at Wale University. You will identify potential students, reach out to prospects, and build relationships to promote the university's educational programs. You will engage with prospective students, provide information about available courses, assist with enrollment processes, conduct follow-ups, and contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies that support the university's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Wale University's programs, courses, and learning offerings to prospective students and partners
- Engage leads through calls, messages, emails, and virtual meetings
- Support student enrollment efforts and guide prospects through the application process
- Conduct outreach to schools, organizations, and communities to create awareness of WU programs
- Track leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM or tracking tools
- Assist in organizing webinars, info sessions, and virtual open days
- Gather feedback from prospects to improve sales strategies and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns
- Maintain professional communication and uphold the university's brand values
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with diverse audiences
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or business development
- Basic familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM tools, messaging platforms)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Passion for education and impact-driven work
