About the Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified Sales Representative to join Woodgate Structure Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services by finding leads, demonstrating offerings, negotiating deals, and building customer loyalty. This position requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills to meet sales targets and drive company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Contact clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate prices and close deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction
- Track sales activities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
- Report on performance metrics and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a positive customer journey
