## Title: Sales Representative – Hospitality & Corporate Events

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, institutional, and event sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate, institutional, and event sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and agencies
  • Promote and sell catering, bulk order, and private dining packages to corporate and group clients
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, tastings, and proposals to secure new accounts
  • Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and functions
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts with effective follow-up for closure
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales reports
  • Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings to promote brand visibility
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns for corporate clients and events

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years' proven experience in sales, preferably in restaurants, hotels, catering, or hospitality services
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing corporate accounts and large-scale events
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and professionally groomed
